The operator of the Posteeo platform (hereinafter, POSTEEO) publishes this notice in compliance with applicable electronic services laws. Accessing and using posteeo.com implies acceptance of this legal notice and all other applicable legal texts.
2. Terms of use
The user agrees to use Posteeo lawfully and diligently, respecting applicable regulations and third-party rights. Using the platform to generate or publish illegal, defamatory or intellectually infringing content is strictly prohibited. POSTEEO may suspend access in case of misuse.
3. Intellectual and industrial property
All elements of the site and platform — code, design, brand, logo, texts and materials — belong to POSTEEO or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorization is prohibited. Content generated through the platform may be subject to the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
4. Third-party links
Posteeo may include links to third-party sites for informational purposes. POSTEEO does not control or assume responsibility for their content, availability or privacy, and will remove them upon becoming aware that they are contrary to law, morality or public order.
5. Cookies

6. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Published plan and add-on prices include VAT where indicated. Subscription checkout, renewals, tax calculation and tax breakdown are handled through Stripe. Subscriptions renew monthly unless stated otherwise and can be cancelled from the billing area; cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund already-started billing periods unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed. Plan or add-on changes may generate prorated adjustments according to Stripe settings.
7. Limitation of liability
POSTEEO does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation of the platform. Content generated by AI models is automatic; the user is responsible for reviewing, adapting and publishing it. POSTEEO is not liable for editorial decisions made based on generated content.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Except where mandatory consumer law applies, the parties submit to the competent courts as determined by applicable law. If the user acts as a consumer, the courts of their place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
9. Notice updates
